Rope Rescue Team Leader (RRTL)
The two day Rope Rescue Team Leader (RRTL) course is for those who hold existing Rope Rescue Operator (RRO), Rope Rescue Technician (RRT) and Rope Rescue Specialist (RRS) certification, who will lead a team of that level at a rope rescue.

- Post-incident procedures, paperwork and reporting
- Considerations for night/poor visibility operations
- Identifying confined spaces
- Team welfare considerations
- Command and control of a rescue system
- Prerequisite skills from the RRO, RRT and/or RRS courses
- Team-based rope rescue scenarios

Pre Requisites
All Rescue 3 training courses are valid for three years from successful completion of a training course. It is the operator’s responsibility to remain current and competent with the system and any changes in techniques or equipment.
