Urban Tactical Rope Operator Instructor (UTROI)
The UTRO(I) is designed to train instructors within units to deliver the Urban Tactical Operators and Urban Tactical Supervisor courses. It does not qualify instructors to train and certify other instructors. Operators attending this course must have already completed and be a current Urban Tactical Rope Supervisor and hold the Rescue 3 Rope Rescue Specialist.
All Rescue 3 training courses are valid for three years from successful completion of a training course. It is the operator’s responsibility to remain current and competent with the system and any changes in techniques or equipment.

Work within a specialist tactical role. Successful completion of the UTRS and hold a current Rescue 3 Rope Rescue Specialist.
