Petzl Aspic and Chest'Air Combination

A compact and lightweight tactical full body harness for climbing and mountaineering.

The Petzl Chest'Air harness and Petzl Aspic combine to make an EN361 certified full body harness which may be used for helicopter evacuations.

The Chest'Air which is certified to CE EN 361, CE EN 12277 type D, UKCA, EAC, simply connects to the ventral attachment point of the Aspic (CE EN 12277 type C ) and fastens via the Fast LT buckle at the chest, for quick donning. It adapts easily to different body types with its Double back self-locking buckles on the shoulder straps and ventral strap.

Made with 3D foam padding, the Chest’Air provides additional comfort while hanging whilst the waistbelt comfort foam is removable to prioritise lightweight or comfort, depending on the activity or the clothes worn. The waistbelt and leg loops are lined with breathable perforated foam for maximum comfort when suspended.

Two equipment loops on the sides of the Chest'Air provide areas to transport small pieces of equipment.  Flexible equipment loops on the sit harness don't interfere with a backpack (four equipment loops (side and rear) with waistbelt comfort foam, two equipment loops (rear) without the waistbelt comfort foam). There are two Caritool tool holder slots on the sides and a rear loop for haul rope.
