Developed from the Edgebot Terrain Roller the Clampbot™ articulates to conform around whatever it is attached to. The 28 mini crampon points increase grip on objects, even thin railings, and a lowered center of gravity increases stability. 

 

The Clampbot™ can be placed with 8mm cord as well as having the capability of redirecting the rope with a carabiner. 

 

It is built with eight Oilite bronze bearings over stainless steel axles, with hourglass shaped aluminum tires but still remains lightweight and compact. 

 

The powder coated, articulating side plates are also aircraft grade aluminum.
