Texora Black Mamba
Designed for the harshest work environments, Texora's Black Mamba stands out as a revolutionary solution in terms of technical safety and versatility. Featuring a para-aramid fiber core with an impressive 450ºC (842ºF) melting point and exceptional durability, the Black Mamba is a robust tool for anchor building. Its PES elastane sheath not only shields and encapsulates the inner fibres but also ensures a lightweight, low-profile, and easy-to-handle package.
Adhering to EN standards for two-person loads and boasting a remarkable 49 kN (11,016 LBF) Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS), the Black Mamba strikes the perfect balance between ruggedness for anchor construction and compactness for convenient on-the-go storage, whether on the harness or in a pocket. It emerges as the go-to instrument for rescue and access missions in challenging conditions.
The Black Mamba maintains a supple, lightweight, and low-volume profile. The slings are both firm and flexible, retaining their shape effortlessly when navigating overhead structures or accessing hard-to-reach areas. The high strength of the slings opens up possibilities for utilising a choker configuration (girth hitch), without the burden of heavy hardware. Additionally, it conveniently packs down for easy transport.
