The Yates Lightweight Assault Sit Harness is the core harness in Yates tactical harness range and there are several variants (padded/rear connection point/non-contrasting stitching etc). It is presented here with the Tactical Chest Harness as a full body harness that has been widely used (in the more padded format) for short-haul, rappel, and SPIE (Special Patrol Insertion/Extraction) operations. We can supply all variants as required.
The design is getting dated now, but is still functional. The webbing construction is very durable and the camlock buckles are easy and fast to adjust whilst the chest harness can be donned quickly over body armour. The unpadded webbing construction does allow the harness to integrate with on the man kit better that bulkier full body harnesses. All connection points (Ventral, Sternal and optional rear waist) are metal D rings.
