Mechanix Wear M-Pact 3

The Mechanix Wear M-Pact® 3 is the 3rd generation of the popular tactical assault glove with a modern feature set and which is certified to the EN 388 Impact Protection standard.

 

The glove is designed around a moulded thermoplastic rubber (TPR) knuckle protector which meets EN 13594 stand and hence is “P” certified against EN 388.

 

In addition to this knuckle protection the slightly raised EVA ribs on parts of the artificial leather palm give “accordion” padding which reduces impact to the thumb and fingers.

 

All of the fingers are touchscreen compatible and internal fingertip reinforcement gives the glove good, EN 388 level 2, abrasion resistance.

 

The glove also has a mounded plastic velcro closure tab  that is easy to grab and alter plus a carabiner loop for attaching the gloves to your person.

 

The lower rear of the glove has an open mesh to allow ventilation.

 

The glove is certified to EN 388 (cut and abrasion protection) at 2121XP, but is not certified to EN 407 (heat protection).
