Edelrid Cetana Chest Harness

The Cetana is a minimalist, lightweight chest harness designed to meet EN 12277 Type D standards, providing a stable and secure position when abseiling or lowering with a heavy pack.

Constructed from 15 mm webbing, it features a color-contrasting tie-in loop with a durable Dyneema® core and polyamide sheath. Reinforced stitching prevents twisting, while the rotating tie-in loop and symmetrical cut allow the Cetana to be worn in either orientation, with buckles above or below the chest. Its flat profile makes it easy to wear over plate carriers.

For a secure, tailored fit, the Cetana can be paired with compatible waist belts such as the Shikari Triple Lock or Shikari, using a rear textile attachment point that also prevents forward slippage. It comes supplied with a lightweight Kiwi Triple carabiner with anti-twist protection (Kiwi Captive), enabling quick and reliable connection to a waist belt.
