The HQH Ladcarb Fixlite Ladder is a high-strength sectional ladder designed for access and bridging operations. Sections are available in 2-rung and 3-rung configurations, allowing ladder lengths from 0.7 m to 5.0 m in 0.3 m increments. The ladder can be configured for hanging, leaning, or horizontal bridge use and is rated to 200 kg.
When used with the Rail Extension Adapter, ladder adjustment increments can be reduced to 0.18 m for more precise placement against vehicles and structures with varying window heights.
The compact section sizes support transport, storage, and rapid deployment by a single operator. Full deployment can be completed in under one minute depending on configuration and conditions.
Shorter sections can be used in confined environments including shafts, ducts, and restricted urban access points. The sections also fit within a NATO-approved parachute container capable of carrying a 3 m ladder system with associated equipment.
In a bridging configuration, the ladder can span gaps up to 5 m without additional tensioning systems or supports. Optional clip-on carbon deck plates cover rung gaps to improve footing and support canine crossings.
Ladder sections are connected using universal spring-pin locks.
