A 22 inch lanyard made from 7000 lbf. (31kN) nylon webbing, which is designed for Special Patrol Insertion/Extraction (SPIE) operations where personnel are required to hook up to a D ring inserted on the SPIE rope.
The hot forged DMM Captive Eye is an Ovalock 3 stage aluminium carabiner with new ANSI Z359.1-06 certified gate(3600 lbf, 16KN side load strength).
