The Lyon Edge Guard is designed for use in a work positioning system, to protect a rope from contact with an edge where it is not possible to achieve a free hang. Ideally the rope should be rigged to avoid all contact with edges. Available in two sizes, the 11cm version is intended for single rope systems whilst the 31cm is for two rope systems. They are both made from stainless steel for durability with 4mm polyamide accessory cord.
