The Canyon Dry 9.0 is a new-generation low-stretch rope designed for canyoning, but has a feature set that makes its use in the tactical and rescue markets very interesting; it is a 30kN, EN 1891Type A rope with a weight of just 59g, which is very compact. Additionally, it has a Teflon dry coating to minimise water absorption and strength/performance loss in wet conditions.
The rope has both EN 1891 Type A and UIAA 107 certification
Flexible and soft even after prolonged use, this rope offers end users an very interesting option to larger diameter low stretch ropes.
