A SPIES Lanyard comprising of a DMM Ceros Captive Bar carabiner connected to a bespoke Lisko Lanyard.
The bespoke Lisko lanyard having a half twist and an extended eye for larks-footing onto a harness.
The overall length of the lanyard can be altered to meet users requirements but is normally in the range 50-80cm long.
Ceros Captive Bar Locksafe: The Ceros minimises the risk of cross-loading. Easy to operate with one hand, and able to locate on the belay loop in a single movement, the Ceros is intuitive to use and simple to rack. Correct orientation is achieved with an internal wiregate that keeps the Ceros captive on a belay loop, and a horn which prevents assisted braking devices moving onto the carabiner’s spine. Full section top bar gives smooth rope control and resists wear.
Lisko Bespoke Sling: A bespoke webbing sling, made of 26 mm wide PES tubular webbing. Can be used as anchor sling or as connecting lanyard. Breaking load > 30 kN. Certfied acc. to EN 354, EN 566, EN 795.
