In detail
The Target Pro Tactical harness uses a variant of the Kong Roger sit harness as the basis for a full body, tactical harness. The Kong Roger being a 4-buckle sit harness with a broad, split ergonomic waist belt that provides support but the split design aids freedom of movement and reduces heat build-up. The wide, breathable and padded leg loops also help maximise comfort. The two waist belt buckles allow the belay loop to be kept central and give a broader sizing range. The waist harness has 5 gear loops.
The version of the Kong Roger used on the Target Pro Tactical has a chest harness connection strap build into the harness to allow fast connection of the chest harness.
The chest harness has an ergonomic cut and is light, breathable and padded for the maximum comfort. It connects quickly to the waist harness with a cobra-style buckle.
The systems is certified to EN 12277/C, EN 361, EN 358, EN 12277/A, EN 813. The EN 361 full body dynamic fall tests were done at 130kg rather than the 100kg stipulated in the test documents – a nice safety measure as fully loaded operators are often heavier than 100kg.
