The Misty Mountain Operator Sit Harness is the multipurpose harness of choice for Naval Special Warfare. Load rated to 15kN and suitable for fall arrest in accordance with UIAA 105 Type C.
Designed to meet the requirements of SEALS, Green Berets, Commandos and PJs, Misty Mountain’s Mountain Mobility series provides military and tactical personnel with modular, scalable gear for vertical activities. MM Belts are load rated to 3,000 lbs and provide edge restraint. Combining a MM Belt with MM Leg Loops creates a fall protection sit harness load rated to 3,600 lbs.
The Operator Belt features a lightweight nylon, Velcro faced liner belt for use underneath belt loops to hold up trousers. Features an Austri Alpin Cobra buckle, front and rear attachment loops, four small gear loops, molle outer attachment webbing for mounting mission essentials, and a Velcro tab for stowing a Fifi hook.
Padded, adjustable leg loops feature easy on/off Cobra buckles, auto-block loops and rear elastic leg loop hold-up strap. A Rock Exotica Pirate auto-lock carabiner hooks the belt and leg loops together in the front.
The leg loops can be purchased separately in the following sizes: Medium - 19-23in / 48-58cm Large - 22-27in / 56-67cm X-Large - 26-32in / 66-81cm
Available in black, coyote brown and multicam.
