Petzl Newton Fast International Full Body Harness

 The Petzl Newton Fast is a lightweight, ergonomic fall-arrest harness that can be quickly and easily put one whilst keep both feet on the ground.

There are 4 variants; models with either European or International certifications and each with either standard or fast buckles. The model here is the International Fast as it is the most popular but all are available as required.

It is equipped with padded shoulder straps and has Fast LT Plus quick-release buckles on the leg loops , allowing the harness to be donned with both feet on the ground, without loss of adjustment. The harness allows immediate access to tools, with equipment loops and slots for the toolbag pouch.

A textile sternal attachment point and metal and textile dorsal attachment points provide tremendous versatility.

The harness has a stowing system for the Petzl MGO connectors on fall-arrest lanyards that are located on each shoulder strap; in the event of a fall, the system releases the MGO connectors and allows the shock absorber to be deployed.

On the International versions there is an additional safety feature; in the event of a fall on the dorsal attachment point a red indicator appears, indicating that the harness should be retired

It is certified to North American and European standards - CE EN 361, EAC, ANSI Z359.11, UKCA.
