SAR Osprey Chest Harness

The Osprey Harness is designed for maximum comfort and adaptability, with adjustable shoulder and chest straps to ensure a secure, tailored fit. For fast donning and removal, it can also be configured with a front Quick Clip (QC) buckle.

When used with a Link Sling, the front chest loops maintain the user in an upright sitting position, transforming the Osprey and a sit harness into a full-body EN361-compliant system. The Link Sling can remain in place when paired with the Osprey QC for convenience.

The harness is also compatible with a chest ascender, using the 25 mm front strap threaded through the top hole of the ascender and connected at the base to the sit harness. With the ascender fitted over the Link Sling and a karabiner in the chest loops, it can be engaged instantly when needed.

The Osprey QC offers further enhancements, including optional non-removable padding, a detachable gear rack for tools or light equipment, lanyard parking loops, and Velcro tabs for securing lanyard legs.
